Owner-run since 2006
SV Construction is owned and run by Sebastian Villavicencio. We've been remodeling homes and building custom carpentry since 2006, and today we work in Bluffton and on Hilton Head Island.
A remodel means trusting someone with your home for weeks. Here is what you can hold us to.
- A track record you can check
- Browse our projects by type, and ask us about any of them.
- Attention to detail
- Tight miters, level cabinets, clean lines. The parts you'll look at every day.
- Built to last
- Materials and methods chosen for durability, not for the fastest finish.
Tell us about your project
Send a few details and we'll call you back within 24 hours. On a job site we can't always pick up the phone, so the form is the surest way to reach us.
